Mandatory requirement from all members:
It is required from all swimmers to have current registration in one of organizations listed below. Printed copy of membership card has to be provided to Coach Tucker within a week from initial enrolment
AAU registration: 
To become registered member of Amateur Athletic Union it is neccessary to fill athlete registration form Added benefit membership at $14 per year is required. Membership in AAU provides liability insurance to club members. It also allows swimmers participating in AAU sanctioned events.
USA Swimming registration: 
To become registered member of USA Swimming it is neccessary to fill athlete registration form. South Texas Swiming will start processing 2010 applications after September 1st, 2009. Annual membership cost is $65. USA Swimming hosts number of well organized swim meets in South Texas.

Practice schedule & fees:
Downloadable HAT flyer summer 2009 link Summer practices are held at Pendleton Park pool 7:00 to 9:00 AM Monday through Friday and Victor Park pool 5:30 to 7:00 PM Monday through Thursday.
Learn-to-Swim: $40.00 per month(Tuesdays and Thursdays-classes at 5:00 pm to 5:40 pm
and 5:50 pm to 6:30 pm) Mondays & Wednesdays optional non-structured lessons. Call for registration, 956-873-1951
Competitive 'Team3'-three days or less per week: $40.00 per month(practice 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm)
Competitive 'Team5'-four or five days per week: $50.00 per month(practices on Fridays are reserved for older and more proficient swimmers)
Morning Team Practice-M-W-F: 6:00 am to 7:00 am, TEAM Technique-add $10.00 per month to your existing 'Team' dues
Masters Swimming during Morning Practice M-W-F : 6:00 am to 7:00 am: $50.00 per month
